We don't always agree with the 'spin' but we always consider what others will believe and work with that. For instance; 'news is out that the US property sector has bottomed out and prices seem to be on the increase' This might be the case for a small area of the states but if enough people believe it, the whole market will improve. So the answer to the question is that we just try to follow what might be the trend.
